A small logo, monogram, or clean piece of artwork can give a cap a whole new identity. Feral Needle offers local hat embroidery subject to your hat’s construction and the placement you want. Send a photo of the hat with your artwork so we can check it before you drop it off.
Hat stitching from $9 per item
Common hat-front designs around 5,000–10,000 stitches run approximately $9–$14 for embroidery, plus $10–$25 digitizing for a new design. That does not include the hat. Complex art, extra colors, and challenging construction may change the price. The estimator shows a range and flags larger hat designs for a fit review.

We don’t stock hats or other garments. You can bring your own compatible cap, or ask about sourcing blanks for your project. We confirm availability, price, and timing separately. One hat is welcome; larger runs depend on the studio queue.
Designs that work well on a cap
Bold shapes and clear lettering are usually more practical than tiny details or photo gradients. The crown, seam, backing, and hoop access affect what we can stitch. We review your chosen size and hat before promising a placement or final result.
